Gefen has designed GAVA (Gefen Audio/Video Automation), a new IP-based control system, to facilitate easy installation.
Its IP-based system controls all connected audio/video devices as well as window shades and lighting.
GAVA uses an HTML5 interface and is optimised to work with smart phones and tablets such as the iPhone, iPad and Android devices using a web browser as the control interface and without the need for downloaded applications.
Multi-zone rooms can be set up with the help of templates and a driver library to identify and configure AV equipment.
