Aten has announced the release of its 4K Seamless Matrix Switch, the VM6404H.
The 4x4 HDMI Matrix Switch with Scaler provides switching at close to 0 seconds, the company says, and full playback of 4K content in real-time with no latency.
ATEN’s VM6404H can route up to four HDMI video sources to up to four HDMI displays with a quick view of all port connections via the front panel LCD. The VM6404H is suitable for situations that require time-critical switching between sources, such as during stage shows, digital classrooms, and conferences.
The unit is compatible with both the latest 4K video resolution standards: 3840 x 2160 and 4096 x 2160.
