Alcons Audio will show its pro-ribbon sound systems at Prolight and Sound, April 10 to 13 in Frankfurt, Germany.
The audio manufacturer will highlight its LR24 mid-sized pro-ribbon line array system on stand G60 in Hall 8.0.
Alcons has already embarked on its Launch Partner Program for the product and is targeting the concert touring and large-scale installation market.
The company will also preview two compact additions to its S-series and B-series, targeting smaller portable and installed applications.
Also on stand will be final production versions of Alcons’ Sentinel amplified loudspeaker controllers. The platform boasts four-in/four-out, 192kHz AES/EBU inputs, Linux-based processor control, 10kW. audiophile-grade amp.stages and full color touch screen control.
The QR24 pro-ribbon line-source column will also be on show. The modular, two-way column-array loudspeaker is designed for acoustically-challenging rooms, and is claimed to deliver a full-range high SPL without DSP-based beamsteering.
Alcons also highlights its BC332 compact cardioid subwoofer, which features 18" + 15" woofers in cardioid arrangement.
