QSC has announced a new integration with ServiceNow to help customers streamline AV and IT workflows. The collaboration integrates the data in Q-SYS with the ServiceNow AI Platform, delivering automated data flow, faster response times, and improved user support across enterprise environments.
As a ServiceNow Build Partner, the Q-SYS Reflect application provides secure, automated data flow into ServiceNow and is available in the ServiceNow Store.
The Q-SYS application aims to simplify configuration by automating the flow of AV system data into ServiceNow, supporting applications such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This move aims to allow organisations to use their current ServiceNow workflows to natively integrate AV technologies; enable automated ticket creation and inventory updates; and help minimise the need for extra training of support staff.
Christopher Jaynes, chief technology officer, Acuity Intelligent Spaces, commented: “This partnership bridges AV and IT, empowering enterprise customers to unlock new efficiencies and elevate the support experience for AV systems through seamless integration with the ServiceNow AI Platform. This is the first step in a deeper collaboration that will bring even greater capabilities for Q-SYS and ServiceNow customers.”
The ServiceNow Partner Program rewards partners for their broad expertise and experience to drive opportunities, reach new markets, and deliver transformative outcomes for joint customers across the enterprise. As a Build partner, Q-SYS develops and distributes applications on the ServiceNow AI Platform, including tailored configurations and seamless integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
