Vizrt has acquired IP based, live video production provider, NewTek, combining the two companies.
Michael Hallén, current president & CEO of Vizrt, will lead the combined company. Dr. Andrew Cross, current president & CTO of NewTek, will assume the role of president of research and development.

Both companies will be presenting at NAB 2019 on Sunday 7th April.
