AVM Impact Ltd, a UK integration firm formed by the acquisition of Impact Marcom by AVM, will become AVMI from October 1, 2014.
The rebranding exercise will also see AVMI launch a new logo and strapline: “sharing your visionâ€.
Edward Cook, CEO, said: “We have grown from being a UK AV integrator into a large international player and our brand needs to reflect this.
“The new AVMI brand is intended to be simple and professional and it reinforces our desire to be the trusted adviser for audio visual, video conferencing and digital media technologies and services.â€
