Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) has announced that Scott Kelley will be joining the company as vice president of sales and marketing. He will be responsible for RTI’s global sales and marketing organization with a focus on growing RTI’s brand awareness in consumer and commercial markets.
Kelley has previously held senior management positions in sales and marketing at 3M and Bose Corporation. His background in global sales management, strategic marketing, and business development includes international experience in Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
John Demskie, RTI’s founder and CEO, said regarding the appointment: “Scott comes to us with extensive experience in sales and marketing management from major technology companies. With an impressive record of successful business development and a strong technical background, Scott has the key attributes RTI needs to take us to the next level.â€
Kelley will be based at RTI’s Minnesota headquarters and will report directly to Demskie.
