Lawo ends Innovason receivership period
A German based manufactruer of digital mixing consoles acquires majority shareholding in Innovason, offically ending the French companies period of receivership.

Lawo an internationally renowned provider of high-end digital mixing consoles and routing systems to the broadcast industry has acquired a majority shareholding in Innovason.
A move that officially terminates the receivership period for the French digital mixing console manufacturer and is felt will provide a strong partnership for future development.

“It’s no secret that we had been looking for a development partner for some time. We explored a number of possibilities, but none seemed to be quite the match we were looking for, " explained Innovason's sales and marketing director, Xavier Pion.

“As a leading manufacturer of high-end digital broadcast consoles, Lawo’s expertise in the digital broadcast domain is proven. We have similar areas of competence geared to the live market. I believe that the opportunities created by the synergies of such complementary technologies in two quite different markets will be significant for both parties. I am delighted to have concluded the agreement and look forward to a rich partnership.”
