Projecta has announced the appointment of Mr Jos Lormans to the position of Managing Director. He started his new role as of August 2, 2010.
Matthew Teevan, Interim Managing Director of Projecta stated: “Mr. Lormans brings extensive operational, engineering and sales and marketing experience to the position; skill sets that will benefit the entire organization as well as Projecta’s clients.”
Mr. Lormans most recently was Worldwide Sales and Marketing Director for Graco; he was based in the United States for his assignment. Prior to his executive role at Graco, Mr. Lormans held positions in manufacturing, engineering, logistics and managed an international acquisition for Graco’s European division. Mr. Lormans holds degrees in industrial and electromechanical engineering, business economics and attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Lormans will take over for Matthew Teevan who has served as the interim Managing Director of Projecta since May 2009. Mr. Teevan will continue at Projecta as part of the management team in a senior sales and marketing role.
