Datapath debuts premium service package
Datapath has announced a new premium service package for its global customers, adding to customer care with extended warranties, fast swap out times and 24 hour technical support.

The premium service is available for Datapath VSN and iolite video wall controllers, X-Series multi-display controllers and WallControl 10 software. 

David Spence, director of technical and customer support, Datapath said: "We accept that, on occasion, issues can arise, and we have introduced this Service Package to bring further reassurance to our customers.

"A previously configured and working system that goes down, for example, will receive a full fix in no more than 48 hours from diagnosis – and typically much sooner. Warranties can now be extended to a full five years (from three) when customers adopt the premium service package.”
