Audio Visual Machines (AVM) is bolstering its service options, launching a suite of managed video aids.
AVM Connect is a fully managed video service provided through the company’s own Video Network Operations Centre (VNOC). The service is designed to reduce impact on resources and obviate the need for initial outlay on hardware, software or bandwidth. The service is run over AVM’s dedicated network.
Features include unlimited point-to-point calls, connectivity via any type of network, free virtual meeting rooms, real time network monitoring and a dedicated link to the AVM Connect network which allows access to a video help desk.
It also includes concierge services for the remote support and assistance. Furthermore these services supplement the core managed video services and provide additional features, including meeting room booking, call set-up, management and monitoring.
