Stage Audio Works installed a comprehensive AV system for a leading financial services provider in Windhoek, Namibia.
Contracted by Mach 10, Stage Audio Works took on the design, installation, and implementation of AV systems across various rooms within the provider’s office, including two main boardrooms, a training room, an open-plan cafeteria, and digital signage throughout the building.
The AV upgrade includes enhancements to video conferencing, audio clarity, and flexibility to support both in-person and remote collaboration, while providing room for future expansion.
The first boardroom, designed for nine participants, was already equipped with a dual-screen setup, which Stage Audio Works complemented with a complete Microsoft Teams Rooms system to support team meetings with integration for remote attendees. This space is home to a Crestron Flex VC system integrator kit, paired with a PTZ camera.
Sound clarity was achieved via Sennheiser TCC2 ceiling microphones and Xilica processors for audio customisation, supported by Audac ceiling speakers and an amplifier.
The second boardroom, seating up to 12 people, incorporates a dual 85-in screen system which allows participants to view shared content and remote attendees side by side, with the room featuring a sub-divisible design which enables it to connect to the adjacent cafeteria, offering an expanded meeting space for larger gatherings by opening the divisible, sliding doors.
Two Samsung 85-in displays were installed alongside the Crestron Flex Teams Room kit and PTZ camera for complete coverage, supported by a Crestron Cresnet partition sensor and distribution amplifier to synchronise VC meetings across the boardroom and cafeteria when needed.
The cafeteria, which doubles as a multifunctional space for staff functions, includes an Audac MFA216 amplifier paired with Audac ATE06 speakers and a BMP42 Bluetooth module for wireless audio input.
Stage Audio Works delivered a BYOD concept for the facility’s training room, featuring a Samsung Flip interactive digital chart mounted on a Stage Plus screen stand and a VC bar which allows users to connect personal devices and share content.
Digital signage screens are present throughout the building to provide a centralised, content-led approach throughout the building. Crestron DM NVX E20 4K60 network AV encoders and D20 decoders were used to connect to Samsung displays, allowing content sharing from a centralised management system.
