UK AV distributor Audio Visual Material has engaged well-known industry figure Ioan Williams as director of sales.
Williams has with a career spanning 23 years including roles in companies such as Sharp, Hitachi and latterly Hisense.
Mark Nisbet, md of AVM said “Ioan brings a wealth of experience that will benefit AVM in directing our sales efforts and spearheading growth as we come out of the pandemic.”
On his decision to join AVM, William commented “I’ve spent many years working with technology manufacturers and have always been interested in the distribution side of the channel. The opportunity to join AVM was just too good to turn down and I jumped at the chance to be involved. I’m charged with managing the sales team, getting hands on with key customers and driving the significant growth plans the business has planned over the coming years.”
