Optoma is targeting large venues and conference rooms with its EX784 XGA projector, a 5000 ANSI Lumens unit with a native resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.
It incorporates a Texas Instruments Dark Chip 3 technology DMD chip which harnesses BrilliantColor enhancements.
The EX784 is Crestron Roomview compatible. In addition the EX784 includes Dynamic Discovery AMX protocol for installation in AMX control systems.
It includes connections including an audio capable HDMI port, VGA loop-through and dedicated component video inputs.
Optoma claims that in ECO mode the EX784 lamp has a life of 3000 hours.
