Christie, a leader in award-winning, high-quality projectors, has launched the Christie LW400 WXGA projector, featuring inorganic LCD panels.
Compact, portable and easily installed in meeting rooms, classrooms, training rooms, executive briefing centres and houses of worship – the projector shines brightly at 4,000 ANSI lumens, allowing room lighting to be kept on during presentations.
Keeping pace with market trends, the Christie LW400 offers resolution for pixel-to-pixel compatibility with the latest laptops and video sources. The projector’s native WXGA resolution (1280x800) enables users to take advantage of the latest video or widescreen PC resolutions, and enjoy true HD video playback without having to compromise the original format. In addition, the new inorganic 3LCD light-engine provides greater contrast and deep black levels for richer detail in dark scenes.
“The Christie LW400 is simply the best-equipped projector to fit today's widescreen applications,†notes Frank Anzures, product manager, Business Products, Christie. “Apart from the many standard features, this projector has unique characteristics. It is whisper quiet with a 31 dBA rating in economy mode and features the capability to switch on Closed Captioning to display text when playing video – two trend-setting features particularly for the education and government sectors.â€
