Williams AV highlights new Presenter Hub features and adds audio

Williams AV has announced enhancements to its Presenter Hub and Audio Presenter Hub wireless presentation systems.

The Presenter Hub is a video hub designed to simplify presentation and collaboration. It supports both wired USB and HDMI video components (cameras, computers and media players) and wireless mobile devices using Airplay, Google Chromecast and Miracast. The digital hub also provides HDMI connectivity with 4K support and a USB media port for connection to a PC or Mac to support video conferencing, lecture capture or other video software applications.

It allows annotation and highlighting capabilities on any live video source, as well as providing a digital whiteboard when required. Its iOS and Android apps allow users to control a presentation from a personal device. The USB media port means that anything connected to the Presenter Hub can be streamed into software applications such as Zoom, GoToMeeting and Skype.

The Audio Presenter Hub adds audio to the Presenter Hub features to offer wireless audio and video connectivity. The Audio Presenter Hub can wirelessly connect computers, tablets and smartphones to the installed audio and video systems in the room. A conference call can be combined with a PowerPoint by connecting a phone to the Bluetooth and wirelessly connecting a laptop to the room display.

Audio Presenter Hub’s audio system features a professional mixer with Bluetooth. Its integrated mixer includes four inputs, two line outputs and two 25-watt amplifiers. It includes Acoustic Echo Cancellation and allows for integration of the Bluetooth transceiver (the POD) into the ceiling directly over a workspace.
