Trantec aims to cut through the “mayhem†surrounding radio microphone frequency wavebands with UHF wireless systems compatible with Channel 38.
The Channel 38-compliant version of the company’s S4.16 16-channel system is already shipping and will be shown at the PLASA show in London. Also on display will be the S5.3 12-channel system and the 24-channel S5.5.
The company wants the new ranges to demonstrate its commitment to ensuring future-proof solutions in anticipation of Ofcom phasing out Channel 69 for wireless mic use in 2012.
