SyncPro launches CloudOS support centre

SyncPro has debuted its support centre, designed for systems integrators and tech managers that require technical support on specific products or solutions.

The support centre allows SyncPro CloudOS users to connect to manufacturer support via customer portals, with the user’s dashboard listing all CloudOS connected devices by project, with options to launch service tickets and chats to streamline troubleshooting.

Manufacturers gain authorised access to affected devices to retrieve logs, telemetry messages after a service ticket is created.
