SyncPro has launched its Zoom app for its CloudOS multi-tenant SaaS platform, allowing system administrators to import Zoom Rooms into CloudOS and monitor each room.
Users will receive notifications of events such as peripheral disconnecting or a room going offline.
The CloudOS platform also provides built-in integration with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk and ConnectWise, as well as support for messaging platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
CloudOS’ ‘quick import’ feature is also available, allowing users to import organisational trees and devices from Crestron’s XiO Cloud, provided for Zoom with the new integration.
Users are able to import hundreds of Zoom Rooms to CloudOS.
