Two audio splitters, that provide eight inputs and twenty-four dual transformer isolated outputs, were added to Switchcraft’s rack mount product range. The company says the two versions, Standard and Pro, connect easily to its programmable patchbays and audio-pass-through panels.
The products feature eight Switchcraft XLR front panel inputs, line level pad on each channel and two ground lift switches on each channel, one for each transformer isolated output. In addition four DB25 connectors, wired to the TASCAM DTRS standard pinout on the rear panel, accommodate all inputs and outputs. The Pro version has Jensen magnetically shielded (MU metal) transformers and Phoenix terminal blocks.
