Sony has announced an upgrade to its workspace management solution, introducing the TEOS Manage 2.0 which comes equipped with more than 65 new features and functionalities including a mobile room-booking app for employees, analytics, remote firmware updates and a universal remote control.
Other new features include TEOS Survey which allows users to connect with and receive feedback from staff and visitors on tablet devices, allowing them to ask questions and receive real-time response data.
The management system has received an update to its interface, including a new search bar and subsections with options for digital signage and a virtual reception and classroom check in that automatically distributes security codes to avoid sharing personal details and allows for lecturers to gauge attendance via check in.
TEOS Manage 2.0 is compatible with third party systems including Barco Clickshare, NEC and C-Touch displays and more.
