Sommer Cable has unveiled its HDMI active optical cables, featuring an ‘armoured’ design with connector protection
The HDMI active optical cables (AOC) feature a stainless steel corrugated tube, able of withstanding tensile forces of up to 800N, with the strain relief of the connectors able to endure a maximum of 650N.
The cable has a halogren-free and notch-resistant PUR jacket with a thickness of 5.8mm and a minimum bending radius of 20mm.
The connectors are fitted with Glandmaster protective sleeves and have a maximum transfer distance of up to 100m with a UHD performance of 18G.
The cables are available in various lengths, ranging from 10m to 100m.
