Smart Technologies has joined forces with Alcatel-Lucent to launch a visual collaboration solution for enterprise meeting spaces.
The solution uses Smart’s business products and Alcatel-Lucent’s My Teamwork multimedia, multiparty business communications solution to provide a new visual collaboration solution for enterprise meeting spaces.
My Teamwork offers presence-based multimedia communications using instant messaging (IM), telephony, audio and video conferencing, and web collaboration. It enables users to collaborate remotely. Products covered by the agreement include the wall-mounted Smart Board 685ix interactive whiteboard system, featuring an integrated, ultra-short-throw Smart UX60 projector and Smart GoWire auto-launch cable with Smart Meeting Pro 2.2 software.
The solution is available in the UK from authorised Alcatel-Lucent resellers.
