Sirvez has announced the invite-only pre-launch of its online platform to streamline AV integration. Sirvez is software to simplify projects for AV integrators and end users. It features a fully-fledged CRM that manages all elements of customer integrations, from site surveys, calendar, costings for personnel, project sign off – including asset management of kit installed – and feedback from the customer when a project has been completed.
Sirvez is designed for organisations that are integrating electrical equipment into customer sites. The system can be used by sales professionals, project managers, back office admin, help desk, end users and management which accounts for 85% of integrator staff and 100% of end users. It is not designed to replace any existing systems, it will simply be positioned on top of any operational and financial systems with integration APIs that will share data across these systems.
Features within the system include:
Site Survey - Map out each room / space and site with standard pre-loaded questions across each project. Upload images and edit with the use of pre-populated stickers for instant visuals.
Calendar Management - Manage staff movements directly from the project dashboard, options within the calendar include filters for customers, projects, account managers, engineers or partners.
Costings - Live labour P&L tracker on projects, compare quotes with actual costs, staff rates automatically added to the project / customer when they are added to the calendar.
Sign Off - Sign off kit on a room-by-room / site-by-site basis. Ability to test kit, record serial numbers add comments to the system, and assign rooms for helpdesk and warranty purposes.
Asset Management - Asset tagging for warranty and helpdesk, maintain a log of all kit installed and tested during the sign off with the main ID being the product serial number via the barcode scanner.
Contractor Management - Invite external contractors to partner with your company, assign to projects where their access will depend on what rights they have been granted.
Task Manage - Add tasks to projects and invite multiple assignees, option to add timescales and priority levels. Files uploaded to the task manager will be visible via the files panel on the dashboard.
Feedback - Automate feedback – a pre-defined time period after sign off all end users involved will receive an email asking for details on every aspect of the job undertaken and the staff involved.
The system covers three user types, integrators, freelancers and end users, offering multiple benefits to each user.
In addition to the benefits mentioned above, integrators can view calendars of partnered freelancers and contractors while filtering by skill sets, for example CTI, AMX Programmer, Extron Programmer, etc. Quotes can be requested from individual or multiple contractors on a day rate or project basis. When partnering on a project it is also possible to choose which parts of the project the partner will have access to.
Benefits for freelancers include the ability to share calendars with partnered integrators; in this scenario partners will only see dates available and not information on each individual calendar entry. The system also integrates with Xero and QuickBooks for quoting and invoicing purposes.
End users can pre-map all rooms across their site and share this information with integrators. They can work on multiple projects with multiple integrators at any one time, view project updates in real time, ask questions and comment on individual rooms/kit list items or overall project issues easily.
Lee Moss, founder of Sirvez, explained: “The idea of Sirvez has been rattling around my head for over 5 years, but my initial idea was from an integrators point of view, mapping out site surveys, managing calendars and project managing etc. It wasn’t until I had a conversation with an end user, discovering their pain points at dealing with integrators, that I realised how one system can solve all of their problems. As soon as I started mapping out the flow and wire framing pages I realised how much of a positive impact this could have on the industry, which was when I approached a select few integrators to help bring my idea into fruition.
“We have been building the system for the past year, but things have recently started to accelerate and we are now working with a UK development team that has a ton of experience in building out SaaS business. This has allowed us to respond quickly to feedback and further advance the product. We feel we are very close now to bringing more companies in the beta test phase.”
Sirvez is currently in alpha with a national integrator and will be available on an invite-only basis to a select number of integrators, end users and freelancers by the beginning of December.
