Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe has launched its MPi4 NEC MediaPlayer kit to augment large format display systems.
The NEC MediaPlayer is pre-installed on a 32GB NEC Raspberry Pi compute module 4 to integrate or retrofit inside a NEC large format display, providing a spot for the Raspberry Pi CM4.
The media player allows for remote operation of individual or multiple screen setups, with browser-based playlists, content distribution and centralised device management. Switching to third-party CMSs is also supported.
