Sennheiser launched its latest version of Control Cockpit software at the InfoComm Connected virtual show, adding the ability to monitor the SpeechLine multi-channel receiver and the EM6000 receiver from Sennheiser’s Digital 6000 series.
The software can also control the wireless G3 and G4, SpeechLine and the TeamConnect Ceiling 2 microphone, available to be downloaded online.
A ‘location-based mute’ functionality has been added to allow all devices in a room to be grouped with a synchronized mute switch, allowing all devices to be muted and unmuted together via the Sennheiser Control Cockpit software or locally via one of the devices. This feature is available for TeamConnect Ceiling 2 and the SpeechLine Digital Wireless, including the multi-channel receiver.
SSL encryption is also included for data transmission to improve security between the user interface and host server.
An updated user interface has been designed for the software, allowing users to switch between details view and monitoring view, with support for the Chinese language now available.
