QSC has unveiled a new pendant loudspeaker system and a full range loudspeaker: The AD-P Halo integrated Sub/Sat pendant loudspeaker system and the AC-C2T-LP ceiling-mount full range loudspeaker.
AD-P Halo pendant loudspeaker system
The AD-P Halo is part of the AcousticDesign range and includes an integrated 6.5-in subwoofer and four 2.75-in transducers in a pendant-mount enclosure.
The AD-P Halo operates at 200 watts RMS, with the same sonic characteristics as the rest of the AcousticDesign series to allow integrators to mix enclosure types including ceiling=mount, pendant-mount and surface-mount form factors in the same installation.
AC-C2T-LP celing mounted full range loudspeaker
The AC-C2T-LP ceiling mounted 2.75-in full range loudspeaker is part of the AcousticCoverage series and is designed for installation in spaces with low ceiling heights.
The loudspeaker features a 95mm installation depth. With the diameter of the AC-C2T-LP matching the AC-C6T 6.5-in two way system loudspeaker, allowing installers to interchange them when they encounter ceiling obstructions without affecting the look of the installation.
170 degrees of conical coverage is provided to reduce the number of loudspeakers required for consistent converage in low-ceiling applications.
The loudspeakers can be combined with Q-SYS network amplifiers, QSC processing amplifiers or MP-M series mixers with both models able to use QSC’s Intristic Correction voicing algorithm.
