Powersoft has launched its X4L amplifier, the LOTO DSP 1-2 in/out 4 out Advanced DSP board, the DSP-Lite ETH 1-2 in/3 out DSP interface and an update to Powersoft’s Snapshot Selector mobile app.
The X4L amplifier is designed to drive high SPL woofers that require high voltage, with the X4L designed to deliver 300 V to loudspeakers.
The X4L also features five output connectors to allow connection without adapters for some configurations, including channels one and two driving a cardiod sub solution, with channels three and four drive two way front fill in parallel.
Powersoft also released its LOTO 1-2 in/4 out processing board, designed to provide DSP functions to powered products.
Two models of the LOTO are available, the basic and the advanced, which feature the same characteristics of the X-series platform.
LOTO features parametric raised cosine filters, custom FIR and IIR equalisers, as well as TruePower, RMS, Peak limiters, Active DampingControl and Live Impedance, supported and managed via Powersoft’s ArmoniaPlus system manager.
LOTO Advances features 2Xaes3 digital input streams through XLR connectors as well as support of Dante digital audio networking architecture with two inputs and two outputs.
The advances model is also compatible with Digimod PFC2-PFC4, IpalMod, the Litemod family and Minimod4 amp modules.
The DSP-Lite ETH is a 1-2 in, 3 out processing board designed for the LiteMod series, MiniMod4 and DigiMod PFC2/PFC4 amp modules, integrating an interface panel compatible with mono-in/link-out or stereo-in configurations.
The built-in Ethernet port allows access to DSP-Lite ETH processing capabilities from a PC running ArmoniaPlus software, allowing for programming and storage of up to four presets that can be selected by the user.
The DSP-Lite is also compatible with the Powersoft Integration Kit platform.
An update to Powersoft’s Snapshot Selector app was also launched at the show, now being available for iOS devices.
The app allows users of Powersoft’s X Series, Ottocanali DSP+D series and T series power amplifiers to recall a full set of saved settings by connecting a phone to the front of the amplifier with a USB cable.
