Peerless-AV is targeting outdoor spaces with the 86-in UltraView UHD Outdoor TV (UV862-EUK) with 4K resolution.
It is suited to bars and restaurants, stadiums, hotels and cruise liners and can operate in
a temperature range of -30°C to 50°C. It uses aluminium construction materials, has internal speakers and is equipped with a High TNI panel, which allows for direct sunlight readability without the risk of isotropic blackout.
The product includes a dedicated outdoor flat wall mount, an ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts screen brightness to lighting conditions, and an IR extender input and IR repeater output for integration with control systems.
It is IP 55 rated and has a brightness of 900cd/m2. It supports USB media and HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2. Its waterproof universal remote can control up to three additional devices.
