Muxlab has debuted its HDMI 4K/ST2110 over IP uncompressed gateway converter, allowing for the use of HDMI 4K equipment to be used and extended up to almost 400m at 4K resolution.
Support for the SMPTE ST-2110 protocol is included, as well as support for SMPTE ST 2022-7 redundancy and NMOS IS-04.
The converter also allows up to 400m extension over Duplex OM4 fibre, with third party control software platforms supporting NMOS and RestAPI allowing management of the converter.
