Mitsubishi introduces 3D-ready projector

Mitsubishi’s XD600U is the first in a new series of business and education projectors. It features 4,500 lumen brightness and XGA resolution.

The product boasts a lamp life of 5000 hours and is Mitsubishi’s first product built on the DDP2230 and DLP Link chipset. This makes it ready for three-dimensional content display if used in conjunction with appropriate 3D content and glasses.

The projector also has two 3.5mm audio inputs, two RCA inputs and a 3.5mm output jack. It includes a built-in audio mixer allowing it to mix from two sources such as a DVD and wireless microphone.

Closed caption decoding, a 10-watt speaker and network port complete the strong feature set.
