Jetbuilt will introduce an array of new features, including automated proposal and document management, invoice tracking and order management to create workflows for managing business tasks.
The updates will introduce automatically triggered document signing, online invoicing and immediate ordering, offering clients the ability to approve proposals, select various options and sign to buy projects online.
The contract is sent to the accounting platform via Jetbuilt’s API, generating and sending the opening invoice as defined in the contract. Once payment is received, Jetbuilt will notify the project PM to purchase and install equipment.
