HeavyM has released version 1.9 and 1.10 of its projection mapping software.
HeavyM features creative tools, including pre-designed shapes, drawing tools and shortcuts, as well as HeavyM’s effects library, offering more than 1,000 built-in combinations of effects with a variety of colourful visual effects.
HeavyM’s sound analysis is also included, with animations being automatically combined with the music to give a coherence of visuals and sound during the show.
Update 1.9 and 1.10 were recently released, including two functionalities: Warping and Ableton Link.
Warping allows users to manipulate a texture to correct distortion, with video contents now matched to a shape.
Ableton Link combines HeavyM and Ableton, synchronising HeavyM tempo with the tempo of other applications to obtain a mapping.
HeavyM software is available in two versions: Start and Live, with a 30 day HeavyM trial available to users.
HeavyM also includes drawing tools, visual effects and automatic music synchronisation with no media limitation, a sequencer, timeline and shaders.
HeavyM live is also available, including all the features of the Start version as well as advanced features including multiple projectors, MIDI controller functionality, syphon and spout, the warping module and Ableton Link.
