Extron has announced the immediate release of controllers for Quantum Elite and Quantum Connect videowall processors, the QC 101 E and QC 101 C.
The QC 101 E and QC 101 C integrate with a control system for videowall operation. Each controller features a small form factor enclosure with an embedded operating system and Quantum Control Software.
For large videowalls, up to eight Quantum Elite processors can be controlled from one QC 101 E via a network switch.
Quantum processor configurations can be programmed on the QC 101, or on a standard PC and then migrated to the QC 101. A display, keyboard, and mouse are required to connect to the controller for configuration, which can then be removed following system commissioning.
