DPA Microphones has added to its range of accessories for its 6000 series of subminature lavaliers, now shipping an eight way double clip and a paintable cap for the microphones.
The eight-way clip provides a 360-degree clipping system with eight positions in 45-degree increments, allowing the microphone to be securely clipped on both left and right button shirts as well as the neckline of T-shirts and blouses. The double-mic element also allows users to add two mics for redundancy.
The paintable cap can be used in place of the 6000 series grid, capable of being painted or covered in makeup for flexible creative use. The cap can be used with most paints and makeups used in the film and theatre industries and is available in white.
