Assistive listening specialists, Contacta Systems, will unveil its latest radio frequency system at ISE 2024, one of four new products it is debuting at Fira Barcelona.
The new Contacta RF 865/915 range is an upgrade on the company’s current RF system, offering improved sound quality, extended transmission range, inbound Bluetooth streaming, a hand-held RF transmitter and a software suite for fast group programming via smart chargers.
Known for hearing loop products, Contacta adds to its integrated offering with the all-new ID-7. Developed in response to demand, this low-profile loop driver is designed as a new flexible platform that will offer a number of integrated variations with unique features such as battery backup, AGC and Class D electronics. This range is designed to deliver clarity of sound to hearing aid users in lifts and other small spaces, and integration into applications such as ATM machines, LED screens and kiosks, automated check outs and help points.
Stand 7B420 will also be showcasing Contacta’s new upgraded V Plus hearing loop drivers. Designed for small to medium sized venues, the V7+ and V15+ are constant current single output drivers, while the V15a+ is a dual output option with integral phase shifter for phased array configuration.
Visitors will also be able to see the new RX-30 hearing loop listener. This rechargeable and compact unit offers access to the hearing loop signal for non-hearing aid users who struggle to hear clearly, enhancing hearing accessibility at venues such as theatres, lecture halls, community centres or places of worship.
