ClearOne has unveiled its Convergence AV network manager, an AV network management platform designed to monitor, control and audit ClearOne audio and video products and services.
Following the launch of its beta version, the AV management system provides real-time system access and dashboard views in browsers for desktop or mobile devices.
The platform can also be scaled to required sizes, with the Convergence AV network manager able to be configured for one of 12 languages.
The release provides batch firmware updates for multiple audio and video devices, with the launch adding the option to download, back up or restore project files for multiple Converge Pro 2 and Converge Huddle systems.
The system allows for the downloads of device logs, providing reports for devices and peripherals, users, histories and calls.
