Christie has debuted its CounterAct UR10 UVC disinfection light fixture for occupied indoor spaces, combining Ushio’s Care 222 lamps with UVC-LED disinfection and visible white light.
The UR10 UVC is CE and UL-certified, designed for commercial offices, government facilities, schools, transit hubs, retail shops and medical buildings.
The CounterAct UR10 is designed to kill both airborne and surface pathogens and can be installed in rooms with ceiling heights between 3 metres to 7.6 metres and includes remote control features with iOS and Android support.
The disinfection light can be integrated with building automation/management systems and require no day-to-day user interaction.
