AV-SPL has updated its Symphony 6.0 software platform, aiming to simplify user experience management.
The platform now includes an updated look that aligns with its most common customer use cases, allowing users to administer, monitor, control and analyse their multi-vendor AV, UC and meeting environments.
The 6.0 update provides a view that is designed with IT administrators and analysts in mind, enabling them to see and understand what is happening across the ecosystem.
IT teams can quickly access insights to prevent and resolve technology issues as they appear. Admins will be able to see details of rooms that have issues, accessing critical information without leaving the screen.
Symphony will also automatically create and sync trouble tickets, attempting to resolve the bug with an automated workflow to allow IT users to stay focused on priority issues.
