AMX has launched its HydraPort Cable Retractor Modules - cables that ensure efficient retraction and a level of AV fidelity that exceeds that of a standard cable.
AMX also announced two new HydraPort Dual USB Modules that offer the convenience of two USB modules in a single HydraPort unit for connecting to a network and/or charging devices.
Each of the four new Retractor Modules support a specific AV format (HDMI, DisplayPort, Ethernet and RGB with Audio) and can be installed in any of the 600, 900 or 1200 HydraPort base assemblies. AMX is also making the new cables available for additional use under carpet or anywhere a flat cable is desired.
