d&b Group has announced that it will acquire UK-based AV, lighting and media company White Light, with the takeover to be completed in early 2022.
d&b solutions has entered an agreement with White Light’s owners to acquire 100 percent of the White Light shares, with the transaction due to be completed in January 2022.
Once the acquisition is complete, White Light will become part of the d&b Group under the name White Light, a d&b solutions company, with all staff remaining with the company.
