TD Synnex Maverick has been announced as the first and only Zoom support services partner for Zoom workplace and Zoom phone under the Zoom Up Services Program.
The distributor is now the only European partner authorised to sell and deliver certified Zoom support services.
The Zoom Up Services Program is a global partner initiative designed to improve service capabilities in the Zoom ecosystem. The system aims to recognise partners that demonstrate technical proficiency, customer service capability, and the ability to scale support across Zoom products, including Zoom Workplace and Zoom Phone.
The appointment follows a rigorous certification and enablement process which ensures that the distributor’s teams are equipped to provide service engagements, technical troubleshooting and lifecycle support.
