Alcorn McBride’s new Digital Binloop provides up to 32 tracks of 16 or 24-bit WAV or AIFF files at up to 96kHz, or up to 16 channels of MPEG-2 video at up to 15Mbps.
Audio or video clips are stored on Compact Flash media; each card can hold hours of audio. Each Digital Binloop accommodates up to 16 reproducer cards. Mono audio files can be independently assigned to the left or right channels of each reproducer, giving the user essentially 32 completely independent tracks.
A CobraNet interface option allows users to easily interface the product with networked audio systems.
