Shure has established a new Strategic Alliances team aimed at deepening partnerships, expanding its technology ecosystem, and driving business transformation across global markets.
The initiative highlights the company’s focus on collaboration and integration within the Unified Communications (UC) and professional audio sectors.
The newly formed team will concentrate on three core areas: developing closer relationships with technology partners, expanding engagement within industry forums and partner programs, and enabling new forms of collaboration that drive customer adoption of next-generation solutions.
“By connecting the dots among alliances, partnerships, engagement, and ecosystem development, this team will help us capture new opportunities, scale faster, and deliver greater value for Shure and our customers,” said José Rivas, vice president and chief sales officer at Shure.
The Strategic Alliances organisation will be led by senior director Boris Seibert, who joins Shure from Logitech, where he held a global leadership role in B2B transformation and go-to-market strategy. The team also includes professionals with backgrounds at Avocor, AVer, Zoom, HP, and Jabra, alongside existing Shure leaders moving into the new group.
