Samsung has released a video of its latest flexible, see-through display just one month after it announced the technology would be available in 2012. It is incredibly doubtful that the prototype AMOLED device, demonstrated in the YouTube video, will be among the products the electronics giant expects to release next year. However, it is an impressive example of how this technology could be used in the future.
The video shows depicts a tablet like device and is taken from the view of the user who walks through different situations to demonstrate various applications for the technology.
Samsung demonstrates various virtual reality applications including real-time interpretation. The tablet is also used for a video call and to flick through a newspaper.
