Systems integrator Runtech has completed a full office refurbishment for Nineteen, one of the UK’s fastest-growing events businesses. Due to recent growth, Nineteen has moved into additional floors of its HQ based in the heart of Wimbledon, London.
Working alongside The Bluum Group, commercial fit out specialists, Runtech installed AV technology across the ground, first and second floor. The project included upgrading the sales floor, six meeting rooms, one town hall, one boardroom, and one multimedia room.
Nineteen Groups’ requirement was to create a trade floor style environment for their sales team to increase motivation within the department. This was achieved with a videowall element which displays the teams’ statistics whilst also providing the option to display custom content via a digital signage player.

The client requested the meeting rooms could be operated by anyone internal or external to walk in and start a Microsoft Teams call without any complications. The same was requested for the main boardroom in addition to making sure Runtech could repurpose some of the existing Teams room kit that was available.
The lower deck area is used for social events and all hands company wide meetings. The client requested a display system that allowed for easy wireless content sharing and a sound system that could be used as part of this set up, but also play out background music day to day to create a laid-back environment for staff members to take breaks.

For the large boardroom the client requested that the technology could be used in a modular capacity with Teams. Runtech installed a 65-in display with the Logitech Rally Plus system. Additionally, two Logitech Rally Mic pod were ceiling mounted to support any room configuration.
Continuing into the town hall space, Runtech installed an 86-in LG screen. Six QSC ceiling mounted pendant speakers were connected to a Cloud MA-60 amplifier that can play out two separate audio channels. The first option will be audio from an iPad using Spotify that connects to the amplifier via a Bluetooth audio adapter. The second will be audio from a laptop when presenting. A Cloud volume and source selection control plate was installed next to the screen for easy access.

As visitors walk down the stairs towards the open plan sales floor, along the back wall Runtech installed a 4x2 media wall using 49-in LG screens. The videowall runs on a Brightsign XC5 signage player that connects two Bluestream 4K matrix switchers to output to four screens each.
Lastly, two small 4 PAX meeting rooms are in the corner left of the sales floor. Runtech installed one 49-in LG display and Poly X30 and TC8 touchscreen to facilitate video conferencing. On the first floor, there is one 6 PAX and one 5 PAX small meeting rooms. In the 6 PAX, Runtech installed a 49-in LG screen and Poly X30 and TC8 to facilitate video conferencing. In the 5 PAX room, only required display only, with a HDMI from the screen to table for presentations.

Similarly, the second floor also features two meeting rooms as well as a multi-media room. Runtech installed a 49-in display in both meeting rooms, with a HDMI from the screen to table for presenting only. In the multi-media room, Runtech provided a 2m x 1.5m Hydraulic Rollbar Green Screen to be used during Podcast recording sessions.
