Dutch educational company Prowise has signed a deal tp deliver 1500 touchscreens (estimated turnover 5 million euros) in the Belgium capital this summer.
In total, Prowise and its partner Media Service België may install 1500 touchscreens in the Belgian capital for the next 3 years.
The invitation to tender was issued by i-City, the technological partner of the City of Brussels.
In addition to the delivery of the hardware, Media Service België and Prowise will also provide training sessions. On a technical and didactic level, the end users are guided to get the most out of the new digital learning opportunities. The hardware and software, for example, are extremely suitable to enable 'distance learning'.
"This tender is a major step in the conquest of the Belgian market. Especially now, education needs smart, reliable and secure digital learning tools to keep the quality of education at a high level. By developing our own products we are able to set a new standard for privacy and security within classroom technology.
