Expo 2020 stands out as a highlight for nations around the world to flaunt international prestige, and for the Italy Pavilion, Powersoft audio products provide the backbone of its audio system.
25 Powersoft amplifiers handle the audio demands of the award-nominated Italy pavilion in Dubai, supplied by PRO LAB and installed by local systems integrator SIBCA.
Five Quattrocanali 2404 DSP+D amplifiers are installed, with two in the main auditorium and restaurant areas, and three situated in the ‘first hull’, the ‘white space’, and the ‘skywalk’, offering a panoramic view of the pavilion from an 11 metre skybridge.
Two Quattrocanali 1204 DSP+Ds are installed in the pavilion’s FSTunnel, with four Mezzo 322 Adare powering the pavilion’s Belvedere.
An additional 322 Adare is installed in the VIP lounge, with two Mezzo 324Ad’s installed in the culture and innovation space.
The VIP space is also home to two Mezzo 604 AD’s powering the VIP area and extra VIP space, with five Mezzo 602AD’s driving the VIP meeting room, education lab, head office and cafeteria, working with the Quattrocanali 1204 DSP+D in the FS tunnel.
The amplifiers throughout the venue power a range of Italian loudspeakers in the pavilion, powering RCF, K-array and FBT loudspeakers.
