A Mipro wireless system has been installed at the International Centre for Education about Auschwitz and the Holocaust.
Located at the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, the venue now features new Mipro wireless microphone systems, supplied by Audio Plus.
The centre hosts events and conducts activities aimed at children, young people, teachers, educators, lecturers and marginalised groups as well as individual adult visitors, organising educational stays for young people, conferences, educational projects, training courses and more.
To prepare for hosting a wide array of events, the institution required a versatile wireless microphone system that could handle up to eight speakers at a time, accommodating mobility and the ability to change transmitter configurations frequently.
The staff also required the system to be installed at the back of the auditorium, taking up as little space as possible.
The centre purchased two four-channel receivers, with eight wireless handheld microphones [ACT 700H] as well as eight bodypacks with tie microphones. The system is supported by a Mipro AD-708 antenna splitter and two directional antennas, bringing stable coverage to the auditorium.
Plans are also in place to retrofit the centre’s set with a Mipro management module, enabling the entire system to be controlled and monitored via a PC.
