Loud Technologies has sold its SLM Marketplace catalogue, accessories distribution business and certain brands to St Louis based US Band & Orchestra Supplies.
The sale encompassed the St Louis Stage Gear, Austin guitar and Knilling Instruments brands and includes the transfer of the exclusive worldwide sales licence for the Perfection Peg stringed instrument tuning device.
